Anna Nicole Smith's longtime companion Howard K. Stern is suing a journalist for "exploiting" the memory of the late model/actress.
Stern filed a $60 million lawsuit against Rita Cosby on Tuesday over "false allegations" in her new book "Blonde Ambition: The Untold Story Behind Anna Nicole Smith's Death."
The book claims Stern and Larry Birkhead - the father of Smith's daughter Dannielynn - were lovers who plotted to get control of the late star's estate. Cosby, a former MSNBC correspondent, claims there is a sex tape to prove the pair were lovers.
But Stern's attorney, L. Lin Wood, has furiously denied the accusations.
Wood says, "Blonde Ambition purports to be a 'tell-all' book, but it can only be accurately described as a 'tell-all-lies' book.
"And I am sure Howard and the estate and everyone else involved is going to sue her, too. This is just nonsense...None of it is true."
Birkhead has denied a sex tape exists and has also threatened to sue.
Smith passed away earlier this year.

Since Stern was her pimp/manager when she attended the Derby where she met Birkhead and dragged him home, it is REAL easy to believe that Stern is a fag and knew Birkhead was bi, and that the two of them planned the whole longterm saga from the git....as in git rich. I hope Cosby can get her hands on the tape she claims exists. I’d expect that Opri knows the full truth, and figured she might as well go for as much as she could, too. Lots and lots of scumbags in this carnival of freaks, and Cosby is in her familiar turf, too.
Well, he’s got a point - I mean, doesn’t he have exclusive rights to exploiting Anna Nicole’s memory?

Interesting to see if this publicity will push the inquest into Daniel's death.
BTW, a cousin has a voice exactly like Rita's but nobody she has met has made fun of it.
I feel sorry for Anna Nicole Smith’s son Daniel. I hope these deaths will be investigated. I nothing of him until after his death and from what I have read since indicated he was a nice kid who did not do drugs and feared Howard Stern.

Rita Cosby is lying through her teeth and she’s going to lose this one bigtime. Wanna bet a video tape is never produced? No why? It doesn’t exist. Stern and/or Birkhead would never sue if one did. Cosby is screwed, good. A media whore she is.
We do know Howard Stern lied and lied since the lies are recorded. Among his lies that he is the father of Dannielynn. He fed Anna Nicole medications that were prescribed for him and what a coincidence that he was present at two mysterious deaths, but in the same manner within a short time period, that have the appearance of a homicide. The probability of that happening has to be astronomical.

The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity was and whose welfare is questionable - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant’s mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy by outliers to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping , drugging , isolation and involuntary restraint of a US citizen.
Chronic medical malpractice and felony negligence.
Illegal disposition/seizure, by an officer of the court, of the remains of a US citizen in contravention of State Law (Florida)
Blackmail, bribery and extortion.
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
Causing pain and suffering to the biological mother /grandmother of the decedents, for gain and profit.
Failure to allow visitation opportunities to the biological maternal grandmother .
The deaths of two US citizens in jurisdictions outside the reach of US law enforcement should concern all of us.
Some relatively minor things keep popping up in my mind. Reports of Judge Richard Milstein and Howard Stern cuddling (conflict of interest?). The Clown Video with Howie directing. Howie refusing to allow Virgie to touch her granddaughter and making her stand at a distance. Larry Birkhead's tacky stepmother (whatever happened to his mother?) saying nasty things about Virgie. Howie's sister declaring that he will give up Dannielynn "over their dead body."
