Don’t test Algore with Boyle’s Law. Next thing you’ll be asking him is why is the Sun yellow.

23 years is too long to wait!
That would mean that I have to wait until i’m 93 before I can take a cruise ship through the northwest passage.

Does anyone else on this thread recall when Ted Danson appeared before a democrat controlled committee of Congress and said that the “oceans will be dead in 10 years”?
Of course this idiot with equal I.Q. of Al Gore, made this goofy prediction about 25 years ago.

"Polar Ice Cap Will Be Gone in 23 Years With Catastrophic Results"
Here's wishing good health and a long life to Al Gore Jr. and myself.
Because if the polar ice cap is gone by 2030, I'll send Al a "you
were right" note.
And if it's still subtantially intact...I'll be TEMPTED to send him
a box of male bovine excrement with a note:
"I just thought you'd want to get back some of the stuff you were
shipping in 2007!"

“...You couldn’t make this up....”
True, I certainly couldn’t make it up...I actually have scientific credentials. However, my wife, who is a SF writer, couldn’t do it either. As she says, “You do need to start with some basic science somewhere...else the story won’t work.” Only dunces such as the Arafat Prize committee could believe that drivel.

In 23 years he’ll either be long gone or drooling in his oatmeal so he won’t have to be answerable.

...if you fill a glass with ice cubes and water, when the ice cubes melt, does the glass overflow I'm not Al, but yes, it does when the glass is full and a significant amount of each ice cube protrudes above the surface.
We won't defeat the global warming alarmists with folk science.

Actually, anything on ground that slips into ocean could evaporate or make the ocean rise I guess. Small problem. There is no land at the north pole. It is all ice and only ice.
Antartica however is a large land mass. Thats why its a continent. And its ice mass is EXPANDING!
