I do know that there are two groups, sometimes intertwined that seem to be at the heart of everything around Anna Nicole. I'd be accused of bad things, though, if I mentioned it, and I am not either of that which they would accuse me of. But I think there is a very exclusive group of people that almost act like they are in a secret club and they hang together. And they have a bad case of group think?

Thanks I have calmed down;) Months ago, searching for Howard Marshall’s bio - I stumbled on a site that described the machinations/conflicts of the Kochs and Marshall oil interests - ala Russian Jew conspiracy bias! Did not reference it and cannot now find it - so we can put the Elaine Marshall nonsense to bed then?

To me, Rita Cosby did not sound as bad as to others. Instead, the tapes sounded doctored. I still say Howie has no case with Don Clark supporting her claim. The tape should be the least of Howie's worries.

Anna Nicole died in Florida. Her psychiatrist (in one interview she stated that she had also a background in internal medicine and emergency medicine; Board Certified??) and Howie were in Florida around the time she died. One would think this makes it Florida's case. And Daniel's death did not bother Dr. Perper?
Maybe Perper’s and Tiger’s incompetence will have unforseen benefits.
If KE & HK$ crossed State lines and sent illicit prescriptions through the mail - then it becomes a Federal case. The Feds have better investigative reach, labs, forensics and resources. Also Federal treaties with the Bahamas can be employed in getting Daniel’s and Anna’s bodies exhumed & returned for autopsies.

Dr. Perper really needs to look for a different line of work. He has written a book for which I would not pay a dime. Maybe a nickle just for laughs to see if I can find anything stupid in it.
