The MRSA Scam (snake oil shall protect thee not from zot)
10/18/2007 | Self

Posted on 10/18/2007 11:18:34 AM PDT by EndWelfareToday

MRSA (Methicillin-resistant Staphylococcus aureus)! What a crock. For decades Americans have been sold a bill of goods by the New Age movement. We have been told that we must be vaccinated, drugged, poked and prodded by snake-oil salesmen with PHDs. Now we have a movement in this country to force those of us who manifest perfect health to pay for those of you who have succumbed to the debauchery of the medical profession and their minions in the secular humanist world.
It is my view that MRSA is nothing more than another tool being used by Clintonesk type people to try to convince the rest of us that we need the government to pay for our healthcare. Well excuse me. A hand full of people contracting a disease and dying from it does not justify making the rest of us pay for the other 299,999,995 people in this country to receive free soap, medicine, doctors visits and the like. It is now almost to the point where a parent that lets his/her child play in the dirt will be guilty of child abuse, neglect or whatever other evil charge these psychopathic, paranoid-schizophrenic hypochondriacs can conjure up in an attempt to make the rest of us conform to the treatment their fears dictate.

Their fears are what is making me sick. NOT any bacteria or virus my healthy body is capable of fighting off. I learned years ago that the medical profession is nothing more than the practice of witchcraft and sorcery and those of you that turn to sorcerers rather than to God for your healing and health are now reaping what you are sowing. Stop trying to slip the responsibility for your "medical expenses" and the sorrow of the loses of your friends and families onto those of us not in bondage to your fear.

My family, friends and I do not have health insurance not because we can not afford it but because we do not need it. We do not need people giving us lessons on how to wipe our little tushies or how to wash our hands. It is common sense. If the rest of you are too stupid to practice good hygiene then that is your problem. Some of us have NOT weakened our immune systems with non-repended for sin or the countless, vaccinations, antibiotics and other drugs so many of you pay quacks to provide for you.
I believe in freedom of choice for each "individual" and I find it highly offensive that so many of you do not. As the mother that imposes her selfish will upon her innocent unborn child when she has it murdered and forcibly extracted from her womb during an abortion so to do many of you do the same to the rest of us in the sense that you are trying to force us to succumb to, and to pay for the decisions your sick and twisted fears cause you to make.
I could expound the analogy but why bother. Those of you that know what I am saying don't need any further elaboration; the rest of you wouldn't get it no matter what I post.

Point is... If you choose to pump your bodies full of the poison/potions the witches and warlocks in your communities concoct then accept the consequences for your actions or repent and turn back to God but don't for a second think that your plight is the rest of our destinies as well.

If you love your children you will keep them out of the Marxist concentration camps of liberal indoctrination known as public schools and away from their "school nurses, psychologists and fear mongering, child molesting, brain-washing instructors" and educate them yourself.

This is just my healthy, humble opinion.

You pray to God for help. I’ll take God’s advice that he gave me a brain and it is my job after the Garden to use it to cure myself. I’ll live, and you’ll die.

Old Joke:

A man was standed on his rooftop during a flood. A boat came and he motioned it away saying God will protect and help him. A bigger boat came and he said the same. A helicopter came and he did so once again. When the flood took him away and he was standing before God he asked why didn’t God help him. God answered, “What do you mean?? I sent two boats and a helicopter for you!”

Use your brain, THAT is God’s will.

You might condsider picking up a high deductible per incident 'catastrophic care' plan, unless you folks are good at setting your own bones.

Why? Are you threatening me?

Listen numbnuts. I used to sell insurance. I worked for years for New York Life and I have to tell you. I left because I couldn't handle selling fear to everyone I came into contact with. I realize that so many of you hypochondriacs have problems believing that many of us in the world do NOT have any need for the crap peddled to us by Insurance companies, hospitals and liberals. You want to work to pay for them or to pay the taxes to supply governmental coverage for illegals then knock yourself out but keep your friggin hands off my hard earned money. It is NOT yours and you have NO right to it.

It amazes me that mankind has survived all these thousands of years without government run healthcare.

I really hope Dwight doesn’t catch MRSA through a paper cut. Since I’ve seen no evidence of his personal connection with god, I can only assume he’ll die and bust hell wide open. Angela, on the other hand, might be OK.

I speak in tongues. I’m a member of the Assemblies of God and a devout Christian. I believe that the gift of Baptism in the Holy Spirit is available for Christians today and that the Holy Spirit living in our lives gives us the strength and help to live a good Christian walk.

I also believe that the use of medicines and the use of knowledge about how our bodies work is a good use of our mind and lives.

I know that in addition to Luke calling himself a physician, Paul calls him a physician and Jesus says (Mark 2:17)”it is not the healthy who need a doctor, but the sick. I have not come to call the righteous, but the sinners”

When Jesus says this, it is in a typical parallel teaching method. Saying that like a doctor, he goes to those who need him most.

If the practice of medicine were sorcerey, I can’t imagine him saying this without repudiation of those who go to the doctor.

So just because this gentleman makes noises like he is a devout Christian, do not assume that he is representative of us.

The A/G official concerning medicine is available at http://ag.org/top/Beliefs/contempissues_13_medicine.cfm

I can name 5 patients in one building that are figthing MRSA today. Two others just ‘healed’ after six months of aggressive treatment.

And any nursing home in the country has several deaths a year attributed to it.....it used to be mostly UTI’s and respiratory, now it’s skin..... so every healthcare worker I know cultures out positive for MRSA on their skin or nasal passages.

I have it right now-— two lesions that are finally healing after what seems like forever.

MRSA a hoax?

Has he been living under a rock?

Mary Baker Eddy, eh? While I understand your point and have come to much of the same conclusion, I say good luck with that. I, however, owe my life to the dedicated doctors and scientists and God who cared for and sustained me (I’m 1 of 2 survivors of childhood disease in a group of 100 tracked by Washoo Med. School in St. Louis). All others dead or institutionalized (no wise-cracks, please). I owe my life to God who worked through decent, loving folks like my parents, minister and the medical staff and medicine — yes, pills and so many holes in me I could have rented out as a lawn sprinkler after a glass of water. Much pain, much suffering, much gratitude to my Lord and Savior who felt I was worth saving.

The only thing I can say is He put me here knowing what I would suffer and at a time when He knew I could be saved. No more tirades, please. Go your way in peace.

What “new age” people do you know?
Why do you ask? Do you know them all?
(CAPS so we can keep the conversation straight. I am not yelling at you).
I DO NOT KNOW THEM ALL. NEVER SAID THAT.

All the ones I know do not believe in vaccinations or western type medicine.

Then you are not as enlightened as you think you are.
I SAID THE ONES I KNOW ARE OPPOSED TO VACCINATIONS AND WESTERN STYLE MEDICINE. I NEVER SAID THAT I WAS “ENLIGHTENED”.

No one is forcing you to have health care, so what is the issue?

I’m not complaining about anyone forcing me to have health care. I’m complaining about those like you forcing me to pay for YOUR health care.
You want it? You pay for it.
I AM NOT FORCING YOU TO PAY FOR MY HEALTH CARE. I DO NOT EVEN KNOW WHERE THAT CAME FROM. I PAY MY OWN WAY, ALWAYS HAVE ALWAYS WILL.

Do you not believe that there is staph?

Absolutely I believe there is “staph” just as I believe there are lions and tigers and bears but none of them will harm me or those like me.
WELL, THATS JUST DANDY.

Or that the problem is over blown?
SO INSTEAD OF A TIRADE, WHY NOT JUST SAY THE WHOLE ISSUE IS OVER BLOWN?
Well you tell me. 2 (that’s TWO) people out of 300 million people have died from MRSA and the media is trying to work the country into a frenzy over a “possible” outbreak... YEAH!!! I believe it is . It is a scam that once again, I believe, draws undue attention to our alleged failing health care system. To me it sounds like the demoncraps are stirring up the pot in an attempt to get their blind lemming voters to put Hillarycare into office in ‘08.

If you do not wish to vaccinate your children against common childhood diseases fine, but do not suppose that somehow I am a dupe because I wish to keep my children healthy.

I have not called you a dupe. Why are you calling me one?
NEVER CALLED YOU ONE. I SAID I AM NOT A DUPE.
Oh, ya when you child gets measles, mumps or chicken pox please do not send them to school.

Not to worry. All four of my children have been homeschooled. Three of them are currently in college. All three of the ones still in college are in the honors programs of their respective programs and NOT ONE has ever had a childhood disease. We never subjected them to the cesspools of disease and ignorance you send your children to.
GIVEN YOU POST THE ONLY CESSPOOL OF IGNORANCE IS IN YOUR HOME.
BUT ITS GREAT THAT YOU KIDS ARE DOING WELL AND ARE SUCCESSFUL DESPITE YOU.

A paper cut wouldn’t bring down Dwight. He has a can do attitude. In his own words:

Blood alone moves the wheels of history!

We are warriors! Salesmen of Northeastern Pennsylvania! I ask you to rise and once more be worthy of this historical hour!

We must never cede control of the motherland! For it is together that we prevail!

Ok...I’ll bite.

I survived MRSA...well kind of. I’m still fighting it as I type. I was diagnosed in January of this year...Sore on my leg...Moved to the testicles (Kept em thank god) Here in the twin cities there are 59 new case a week on average...do the math. That is not a hoax.

And you want to know the real sin in all this?

Most of the cases are of the Community variety...meaning people catch it at the gym...locker rooms...you name it. At the gym where I contracted my infection, there were 37 cases where the gym was considered the main transmission vector....The gym didn’t tell anyone anything. there have since been 73 infection documented at the same place....still the gym says nothing.

Roughly 130,000 Americans are infected with MRSA, and 5,000 die from it, each year.

• 12,000 deaths per year due to unnecessary surgery
• 7000 deaths per year due to medication errors in hospitals

• 20,000 deaths per year due to other errors in hospitals

• 80,000 deaths per year due to infections in hospitals

• 106,000 deaths per year due to negative effects of drugs

Even A victim of government schools can see that the medical community has some work to do.

Why? Are you threatening me?

LOL! I don't make threats.

Listen numbnuts. I used to sell insurance.

Maybe that explains your civility.

Unless you are the family in a bubble and are safe from every possible accident from falling down to getting hit by some (real) mumbnuts driving like an idiot, you have every opportunity to experience the same injuries anyone else does on the highway. Game those odds as you will, you have probably seen the actuarial tables, but in the event you lose, don't send the rest of us the bill.

As for labeling me a hypochondriac, I am one of the few great-grandfathers I know who takes no daily meds, and may only see a doctor once or twice a year. I have spent three days in the hospital since birth, not counting visits to get sewn up.

And I have worked my career in the oil industry, out on the rigs.

Now maybe you and your cousins Kal-el and Jor-el and the rest of the crowd who do so much better under a yellow sun don't feel you are prone to any of the injuries or illnesses which affect us mere mortals.

That is your kool-aid, drink up if you wish.

Just in case you actually read this far, I view insurance as betting against your health, good fortune, driving ability, etc., anyway.

Unfotunately, though, you are being counted among the illegals and others you so openly despise, as one of the "uninsured" and will be one of the lovely statistics used by the very same government you despise to impose this universal health care on the rest of us.

I paid 1/3 of my income in taxes last year, and I'm not looking forward to picking up the tab for arrogant peckerheads like you either.

Have a nice day.

Let’s just all agree that somewhere between EndWellfareNow and Hillary, there HAS GOT to be a happy medium. I’m sure hoping we find it. Not everyone has Marie Curie or Dr. Schweitzer for a mom and dad. Thank God others are there to bridge the gap — but look hard and carefully for the good doctors. Check their medical school rank and their training, never enter a hospital without God and a good dose of prayer.

Hmm. A little strident aren’t they, EndWelfareToday.

You must have touched a sore spot. Good. They must first recognize that they are the captives of a carefully contrived societal belief system advantaging doctors and government and big medicine.

Otherwise these folks will continue to goose-step in their thinking like clanking robots.

I'll give you credit for channeling the soul of Tom Cruise!

Having nearly lost my leg in 1993 from cellulitis and having made
it through some recurrences, ONLY because of antibiotics...
I do accept the decades of abuse of antibiotics (a lot of it
in a place with FREE healthcare for all, the now defunct USSR)
means I just have to be realisitic about losing a leg or expiring
from some untreatable infection before I reach old age.

But if and when it happens, I'll be able to say that I died the
old, fashion, natural way:
screaming in an agony of pain and burning with a fever that couldn't
be dimished.

Have a nice day.
