Meanwhile, the rip-snorting classic tale of Beowulf is filling the seats like crazy.

See what can happen when you release a good movie with a solid story without some leftie agenda?

What should we see? A talky, boring movie about how we should reason with unreasonable people or a kick-ass tale of a hero raging against a terrorist?

I vote kick-ass heroic tale.

A thought I had about these lefty anti-military movies that are bombing...why would anyone want to pay over $20 (including ticket, food, parking, dinner before/after, cost of gas) when they can watch anti-military stuff on CBS, NBC, ABC, PBS, MSNBC, and the Clinton News Network every night for FREE?

Can you imagine how many people would come out to see Rambo blowing away terrorists?? Then they pawn off some leftist PC Lyin for Loons. Guess it makes less money for Harpy clinton.

Pray for W and Our Troops

You would think they would realize people go to movies to get away from reality and not to be beat over the head with someone’s opinion about what is going on in the world.

And they are forgetting the story in their rush to get their opinion out there. If they would at least be interesting in their delivery it would be tolerable.

From what I've heard about Lions for Lambs it is not just a lefty, anti-military movie; it's boring. Despite his politics, Redford has made some great contributions to film.

Since I have not yet seen this picture, I can not render a fair critique of it. When I do watch it, I will do so as I watched An Inconvenient Truth--the way these leftists would want me to watch it--with the least carbon footprint. I will download it via Bit Torrent. No paper, no plastic, no capitalist royalties.

BWAHAHAHA..

I could see that one coming. Watch for the next film w/Cruise—the one about the failed assassination attempt on Hitler, due for release this summer.
