Nope ... Wrong ... Even FORTRAN and BASIC is not written in all Caps anymore. But it is a Pain-in-the-*** to read legacy code in all Caps.

My psychologist’s suspicion is
that DECIDING
to relate to the ALL CAPS in the LEGACY code
as positive,
would take away the pain in the kazoo aspect.
Certainly attitude can be very powerful even regarding perception.
