DUNBAR, W.Va. — Sometimes you need a police officer; sometimes you need a tissue. Confuse the two, and it could cost you.
A woman in this Charleston suburb was charged with battery on a police officer after the officer said she wiped her nose on the back of his shirt.

Apparently she has a toothbrush. Looks like somebody must have won on a scratch off.

I wouldn’t be too happy about it either. It’s not an ego thing, Yeah but you and I aren't able to bring charges when someone acts like a rude slob toward us in our jobs. Good cops deal with it and move on. Cops who think they are better than everyone else use their legal power.
