The Dallas Cowboys need an offensive line coach.

According to multiple sources, Tony Sparano has accepted an offer to become Miami's next head coach, reuniting him with Bill Parcells and Jeff Ireland.

Once Parcells was named the Dolphins' executive vice president of football operations, Sparano was immediately considered the front-runner to be Cam Cameron's successor. The Dolphins interviewed three other candidates after Sparano, who met with Ireland on Jan. 5 in Irving.

After the collapse of the Dallas O-Line in the 4th quarter, I think Miami should reconsider. ;D

We called that one a few weeks ago on another thread. The real question is......will Jason Garrett go to Baltimore?

The Boys can't afford to lose Jason now.

He’s certainly done a good job with the Dallas offense, but he’s going to need a good staff to fix the mess on both sides of the ball in Miami.

Looks like Garret will leave too.Your a Cowboys and and I am not—Do you think they should have fired Wade and replaced with one of the exiting coaches or what?
Losing 2 coaches is not a good thing.

The Dallas Cowboys need an offensive line coach.

Judging from Sunday's game, it's no big loss.

First year is weeding out the guys who can’t play and finding the guys who can. Second year is competing for a WC slot, year 3 is for a run at the championship. Miami simply has no talent that can be built on for three years from now so it’s about having some good drafts, getting cap relief, signing useful guys and then getting a few free agents that put you over the top.

Fins need scouting in a big way.

Hey Tony, some friendly advice. Follow ALL regulations regarding video taping opponents or you’ll never hear the end of it.

JG has more work to build up the Cowboys - plenty of work to be done at Valley Ranch. I'm not sure he's ready for a HC job - the Dallas offense didn't perform well late in the season.

In the last game, he switched from starting Julius and mixing in Barber for fresh legs in the second half. They've been a better second half team all season, and in the second half of the Giants game, Dallas looked confused.

I want to see Garrett succeed in his career and I think he can do that in Dallas with a winning team (he was handed lots of talent - thanks Tuna), as opposed to spending 2+ years rebuilding with another organization.....on his own.

I sure hope Garret is prepared to work with Ray Lewis and his gangsta thug mentality. Otherwise, he better stay where he is. As long as Lewis is a Raven, the team will never be more than a bunch of lazy, nasty, thinly disguised bunch of street hoods whose number one objective is to strut the gangsta stuff. What a shame for a city that once boasted the likes of Unitas, Lenny Moore, Raymond Berry, Jim Taylor, John Mackey — what a shame.

Worst-kept secret I have ever seen. We knew over a week and a half ago that Sparano would be offered the job.

Two other departures from the Dallas Cowboys to the Miami Cowboys: secondary coach Todd Bowles will be the assistant head coach, and linebackers coach Paul Pasqualoni will become the defensive coordinator.

I’d love to see Garrett go back to Miami as the OC.

One of the Dallas scouts left for MIA, too. Parcells is having a field day
