I really, really hope this one isn't photoshopped, (as was the one with Bush looking backward thru binoculars).

I hadn’t heard about Bush looking through binocs backwards, but do remember a pic of Clinton visiting the Korean DMZ looking through binocs with the lens caps in place.

Could till the clock a little, it doesn’t really match the angle of the wall.

you can see the cord above the watch level is all pixellated and doesn’t look like the rest of the cord
The cord doesn't look any more pixellated than the face and hands. The only smooth lines are the vertical and horizontal lines, such as the parallel lines in the hand. I also do not see the horizontal line between the watch and the cabinet handle that someone else mentioned. I see only two little dark places on the sleeve that could be wrinkles in his suit.
I see no evidence of Photoshopping, but I'm no expert.
