Here in East Texas they are EVERYWHERE. However, we have a cure. 165 grain soft-point boattails at 2775 fps administered from point blank range to 300 yards. Then fire up the smoker!!

You can probably charge extra for that at Whole Foods and Central Market.

I’m sure a lot of us would volunteer to go help him with his problem. Wild pig, free range, naturally fed, no hormones or antibiotics ... my mouth is already watering.

Awww give me a break.
Just shoot ‘em and turn ‘em into sausage.
Think of what a meat supply like that could do to world hunger.

I think it was Animal Planet but may have been another channel had a show on where they were trying to trap one of these monster hogs. Two different locations, one to the northeast of Dallas and the other somewhere NW of Dallas. Many of the monsters are feral hogs but never the less they can cause much damage to property or other animals/humans with their tusk.

There's an advertisement for a radio talk show here in Kansas City running that's got the host talking about the problem with coyotes running off with peoples' pets and eating them, when the topic of "birth control" for the "cute little doggies" comes up. A guy called in and said to the host, "there was a town hall meeting where they were discussing increasing the bounty on coyote pelts when a woman suggested capturing the coyotes, spaying or neutering them, and then releasing them back into the wild: A sheep rancher got up, looked her in they eye, and said, "Lady, they're eating my sheep, not raping them!"
