If any of you missed watching the Sarah Palin speach in CO., she knocked it out of the park! BHO is toast!
Can anyone help out the cubicle bound with a transcript or video? The sad thing is she was in my home county but I had to be at work at 5:30 this morning.
She is good, isn’t she? You can watch her grow into the job in near real time.
An amazing woman who happens to be a Republican ... :-)
Try the usual essentials of good reporting. Who was where, when, for what purpose. What did said person say? Why is that so precious.
Cliff Notes????
A local TV channel had live stream, not sure where you can find the video right now. FNC carried it live but then dumped it for the preening on-screen boobs.
The lady is a champ ....
And for you - ditto.
An amazing Republican who happens to be a woman ... :-)
fixed
I shall return for the rest of the story!

Republican vice presidential nominee, Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, addressed the problems with the U.S. economy during a campaign stump in Golden, Colorado this morning.
“This crisis is an issue of real concern for the people across this great country. It’s taking a toll on this economy...I’m glad to see that in this case the Federal Reserve and the Treasury have said “no” to bail out another one — this time Lehman Brothers,” said Palin.
“This crisis happened for several reasons, which have to be addressed right now. Our regulatory system is outdated and it needs a complete overhaul. Washington has ignored this. Washington has been asleep at the switch,” said Palin.
“John McCain and I are going to put an end to the mismanagement and abuses in Washington and on Wall Street that have resulted in this financial crisis. We are going to reform the way Wall Street does business,” said Palin.
I agree. It was her best speech, to date. She’s getting into more specific topics like energy independence and winning the war in Iraq. This is a lot more effective than just speaking in generalizations and slogans.
“An amazing woman who happens to be a Republican ... :-)”
—That is NOT an oxymoron! It is rather the norm.
Do you know where we can view the entire video of Sarah speaking in Colorado? YouTube maybe?
Thanks...
Why are you so nasty? Chill. The poster was just excited about the speech.
If it was filmed, you can bet it will be on youtube before the sun goes down.
There is another thread. She hit new material, specifically commenting on today’s economic crisis, stating that taxpayers won’t bail out financial giants under John McCain’s leadership.
More new material on financial reform, spending restraint, and energy independence.
She’s genuine, likable, and the American people have fallen in love. No wonder the MSM realized it had to destroy her b4 giving her any chance whatsoever.
Not to be rude but your post is more than a little vague. Many of us are working and while we can check FR watching television is a whole nother thing.
In other words we have no idea what the hell you are talking about.
She needed a big speech...she has been painted as a hockey mom so much so that she is getting the image of the PTA mom gone wild.
The introduction is over. Now we get down to business.
Well I have to correct you, the original was reviewed and approved by the wife ... Watch your woman thing, always let the woman go first .... LOL.
Agreed. It was a great speech and delivery. My wife and I watched it together.
However, the local station broke to commentary by the local newsfolks as voiceovers while Sarah was still speaking and we missed hearing the end of the speech.
They then announced that in the name of fairness they were going to cover Obama’s speeches in Grand Junction and Pueblo as well as Biden’s speech.
So I called and left a voice message with the executive producer and asked “In the name of fairness, are you going to cut off the last few minutes of Obama’s speech like you did Sarah Palin’s?”
