From an ichthyological and culinary standpoint, dolphin (Mahimahi - Coryphaena hippurus) - is on par with tilapia and sole. And Harry's Seafood, Bar, and Grille has a blackened mahi sammich that'll put lead in your pencil. Never dined on the mammalian kind.
