DUI??? From that photo, those eyes, tell me she is wired to the max. Probably crystal meth.

Wasn’t she just in rehab for pill and alcohol addiction?

Driving under the influence of what? A fugly stick? She used to be gorgeous. Now she looks, well, sort of haggard.

I would *blank* in a heartbeat.

A larger version.......

No...no meth. Her eyes don’t look wired to me...just like maybe she cried (before the mug shot—smeared eyeliner too—like she just knows this is going on the Smoking Gun). My guess, someone of her age and means, Rx pills...took a little too many—Xanax for anxiety? Along w/an antidepressant, a few white wines...and there ya go. But no meth...

Stop the presses! Beneath the mascara, celebs are frail idjits like the rest of us!
Just the same, you'd think someone of her "talents" could squeeze in one more perfect glamour shot at short notice.
By the way, Heather "schwing!" Locklear has basically the same chances of going to hell as the rest of us. Isn't fame great?

She’s a good person, a longtime supporter of Conservative causes. Yes, she’s drop-dead gorgeous.....but she also has heart. Leave her be and pray for her.

Looking at both 'big' photos, Heather has a great neck...that is why she is aging so well.
But the hair?!?!?! Don't ever razor cut, fine, over processed hair! Argggggghhh....
