Some end of the year stuff, including Bob Fellers 18 K’s in the final game. It looks like the regular season was 152 games back then, though the Bosox only got in 149 with rain-outs never made up. The World Series schedule may be of interest to you Cubs fans. And the Rams won a game.
Pujols should have won the batting title this year but they are allowing chipper Jones, who played in FAR fewer games and less at bats, to take the title. Pujols is just amazing. His ability to hit for average and power while keeping strike outs to a minimum. He truly is the best all around hitter in the game today and he did it while being injured the entire season.

I am a life-long Yankee fan, but Jimmie Foxx was one hell of a hitter.
WHOOOHOOOO!!!! The Rams won!!! Take that Detroit!
“The Beast” wins the AL batting crown, his second.
Look how far Philadelphia has come in just 70 years. Pick either league. In 1938 Philly sucked.
