I agree, and it is good advice. My McCain/Palin sign is still inside the kitchen door. And sadly I even intend to bring in my flag tonight (its under lights.)

I have not read this whole thread, but I am sure there are countless posts saying that it is a cowardly thing to do. But it isn't our fault they put up an empty suit as a candidate. They should have won this election by 20%. They know it, and they are going to want to take it out on someone. Not me or my property.

this is not cowardice — it is prudence (imho)
no one can be vigilant 24hrs a day — why ask for trouble?
if it finds you anyway — deal with it then — but when we win (and we WILL win) there are going to be a lot of angry, frustrated people looking for a fight... don’t make it easy for them to find one...
