After NObama's win last night, what happens to the COLB litigations and the ACORN investigations around the country? Do they just go away, or is it possible that these will continue on and possibly disqualify him before inauguration day?
Also, did I read somewhere here about 24 electors challenging his eligibility? I'm befuddled, dazed and devastated this morning, and would appreciate some schooling. Thanks.
With whitey granny never to spill the beans, it’s all over and done with. Every lie and every undisclosed document will never be questioned again. Ever.
Obama will fire all the US Attorneys. The replacements will announce different priorities and the investigations will die a silent death. No matter; Federal election laws will soon change to eliminate the need for registration, let alone identification. ACORN becomes redundant because the entire Federal government is now ACORN.
ACORN sure pumped up the vote didn’t they? Obama won by about 7 million votes in the popular vote.
Stay optimistic. Obama will not always be as popular as he is right now. See what the final make-up of the Senate is, because if the Republicans can filibuster unwise legislation, there’s still hope. As always, political operatives look forward to the next election. Now, it’s time to think about the future. Think about the 2010 mid-term elections and chipping away at Democrat congressmen.

Republicans have been responding to losing seats by trying to become more liberal. That side is already taken in the game. Both teams can not play on the same side of the game.

Yes, I have the answer. We must persuade a individual who was a candidate(even 3rd party) to join the suit as a party. The reason Berg lost is because of standing. Google it, standing.

I will say again that I found everything that I posted on teh net. In 5 minutes. Being a conservative means being independent and self reliant. It will set us apart from obamabots.
Each president fires all the US Attorneys when they take office. George W. Bush did so. But are US Attorneys involved in any of these investigations/litigations?

Was Joe Wilson and his goofy wife investigated for lying or treason? Was Sandy Berger made to live up to the conditions of probation? (polygraph test) Was the voter fraud ever investigated by the states attys. who were fired? Was Ted Kennedy punished for manslaughter? The list is endless, but the answer is the same. NO!
Were any of those cases before the Scotus? Berg’s is. I don’t know where the 24 Electors filed.
Talk about riots . . if he were legally disqualified . . talk about riots . . . .
Upholding the Constitution is more important.
