oh my..and I thought I was the only one..LOL...
On the morning of Nov.5th, I woke up and while having coffee..I switched to Lifetime movie network...not because they are so moral or anything, but they have good, old, cheezy movies on almost 24/7... and those cheezy movies always suck me in.
And that was that, I was tempted yesterday a little, so i broke down and rented “Expelled”(Ben Stein) on PPV to keep me off the news networks. I will still tune into Hannity at night I think...and I will eventually watch the morning news again(once the messiah coverage slows a little)
but cheers to you! And to me....
So, I know how you feel..and it feels good.
ok, good for you. you're still paying for them, though.
Well, I get 25 other non-news stations
i am still waiting for ala carte cable. where people can pick individual stations. i have 100’s of stations that i never watch. the technology is there already. just money grubbing from the cable companies.
high blood pressure and heart medication
Well if you can find the Townhall.com website, there is a list of affiliated radio stations, some of which you can even listen to on the web if there is not one in your city.
They use SRN news which will give you hourly updates that are credible. The talk hosts include Bill Bennett, Hugh Hewitt, Michael Medved, Michael Reagan, and Dennis Prager.
And I still recommend looking over the “casting” of the day’s events. Read the headlines, look at FR, which will point out obvious errors, bias, and editorializing in articles. Go to Google News or Yahoo News or wire services directly. I advise you to read 2 or 3 articles on the same subject. The more articles you find on something, the more some details stand out and the more discrepancies you may find as well some facts that aren’t covered here or there.
But certainly the “man who’s telling me, how white my shirts can be” cannot be trusted to report the evening’s news honestly. It is strictly the daily DNC talking points. Too much collusion in news reporting with The Party. Too much “loyalty” to give you an honest report.
We all know what Dan Rather is. What makes us think that any of the others are any more credible?
radio stations on the web? cool! thanks!
