Now that the election is over wouldn’t a finding that Obama isn’t a citizen just make Joe Biden POTUS? Then he would get to choose his own VP so we would essentially be replacing one nitwit with a different one.

You can not be elevated to president if you were elected on a fraudulent or disqualified ticket. If Obama/Biden ticket is disqualified, McCain/Palin will become the winning ticket with 2nd highest electoral votes.
