Believe it or not they’re actually having a special Christmas season in the CWD zones, Christmas Eve to a couple days past New Year, to harvest more deer.
If sales were up wouldn't it be natural that deer kills would be up too? Something just isn't right here SJ.........I think the CWD has had more an impact on the herd than the DNR is admitting and the expanded season is an attempt to kill off more of the deer who may have CWD......In fact, total eradication of the existing herd may be the only salvation in the CWD areas.........and maybe the rest of the state.
