At one point in time, I was under the understanding that the issue of Barack's citizenship was a non-issue and the ensuing witch hunt that was prevalent from last January was an embarrassment. It wasn't until the weekend of the Move America Forward major and huge on-line Troopathon that my original opinion of this issue began to fade. During the time that I thought the issue was an atrocity perpetrated from the nuts on the right, I did not write on the subject but visited other sites and left comments trying to persuade others to drop it and fight on issues that mattered. I never brought up the issue on my Blog Talk Radio shows either.

That all changed on 04 JUL 08 thanks to my friend Pamela Geller of Atlas Shrugs whom I disagreed with on this issue of the COLB v Birth Certificate. Since that time, using my investigative skills and my Spook training and verbiage analysis training and applications learned, developed and expounded upon for decades, I began to see an underlying current in this issue as it began to unfold....

Hey guys, please check out Debbie Schlussel’s report on Obama’s forged Selective Service form? Seems you can’t fake a Federal ID # that starts with the year you filled it out, which in this case is 08... but the signature shows it signed in 80.

So the opendna diary guy uses breaks for brakes (as referencing car brakes, well anybody can slip in a homonym when typing fast), but it is interesting to note that israelinsider is also the site that hosted the purported photograph of the Indonesian school record. But I can't find a timeline or path for how that photo made the rounds to various websites.

Several other websites picked up the purported school record and either hosted it themselves or linked it back to israelinsider. The image, it was claimed, originated from AP and was featered on "Entertainment Tonight".

Nowhere that image was posted did I find it hosted or credit given to AP. They require credit for using their images, I think.

I don't know how it can be proven at this late date that Obama's alleged Kenyan citizenship expired on August 4, 1982. Anyone got anything on that other than the following link?

As to the rest of it, it's a little difficult to follow the logic of proving a forgery, but it is suspicious that they will spend $800 thou to stonewall producing a $10 record. And the rest of it, the purported draft registration, the Illinois Bar app, the sealed Columbia and Harvard records and whatever other pieces of his life have gone missing.

I'll be surprised if anything ever comes of this, but evidently it isn't going away.

You don't. But, you don't know if a photograph in the newspaper or footage on the evening news has been tampered with, either. There's an element of trust involved, and that element of trust was lost some time ago.

That doesn't mean everything is fake, either, mind you. We've been known to get obsessed about recreating a Rathergate "gotcha" moment here on FR, on occasion. Somebody will seek to take advantage of that, eventually.

Exactly, right on every point in your #13. No, I know everything can't be fake, of course, and am mindful that we can be set up which is why I question some of it, not that I don't understand most of it and what it could mean and why it should be doggedly pursued.

Somehow in all the heat of debate, the point is lost is that there are multiple aspects to the situation here, not just producing a valid vault cert, the alleged Indonesian citizenship, becoming naturalized upon return to US, what passport used to travel to Pak, why and how, how did he get a current valid passport now, and on and on.

Or is the burden of proof on the appellant (is that the right word?) that he wasn't born on US soil to satisfy a court, if it ever makes it through the SC? Will they get it right or want to find a way out of such a sticky wicket?

Unless there’s 100,000 folks standing outside the Courthouse next Friday I think they’ll let it slip on by. We need to show them that we’re interested in the matter.
