And if he is yet has used his Kenyan or Inodnesian citizenship to get college entry or funding or travel documents then he has exhibited divided loyalties and made himself ineligible.

Ineligible? You are saying if he had dual citizenship then he is ineligible? Not sure thats the case but if you can prove that I'd be interested. Theoretical argument anyway. Without records like you said there is nothing to go on except a hunch.

I don't think that holding dual citizenship automatically disqualifies someone from the Presidency who otherwise satisfies the “natural-born” criterion. Our State Department doesn't really care if a U.S. citizen has been granted citizenship by another country. State does warn people with dual citizenships about some of the pitfalls of traveling abroad with two different passports.
