Virgin Mary Grilled Cheese Sandwich (As seen on Ebay )
Patterson, 79, stumbled upon the rock when walking through the woods in West Virginia in 1996. She found it near a stream, where water had apparently poured over it and formed the image of a veiled Mary cradling the baby Jesus in her arms.
"I expect to get a lot of money," she said. "This is a rock. It's not like it's a piece of cheese."
LOL!
I wish on articles like these they would show the image before telling you what people claim to see. Because naturally people will see or look for that specific image that the person is claiming.
Actually, I still don’t see it.
When the Virgin Mary appeared to the three children at Fatima, she chose three faithful children who were worthy of the task.
I wonder what she would think about money-grubbing opportunists attempting to co-opt her likeness for their own personal gain.
Some more Virgin Mary Food Items
I saw it right off the bat. (shrugs). I can buy this if the person announced it; and the publicity moved a wealthy person to be benevolent and pay for her medical bills. But the fact she ran off to eBay I would have to agree with you.
I 100% don’t see the BVM.
Mary is in the eyes of the beholder :-}
LOL! That is exactly what I was thinking before I scrolled down and saw your post!
Was Mary Pickford a virgin also?
Fortunately for me, Google had the Pickford photo in the second row of images, so I didn’t have to do an extensive search for one that matched so perfectly.
It matches so closely that it’s easy to conclude the person who was scratching off the burned layer to make it look like an image was using that particular Pickford picture as a guide.
To fully answer that question, we’d have to cover an issue that would offend a certain portion of the FR religious community, or at the least, start a heated debate.
But we can definitely say that the thrice married Mary Pickford was not a virgin.
How about now?
In this 2002 MRI scan view of Pamela Latrimore's brain, the Virgin Mary seems to appear in it.
I was referring to your post with the rock. I saw the one in the X-Ray easily enough.
