Does this mean that there is an unknown health risk?
No. Urine is normally sterile. There is no health risk associated with drinking a small amount of a healthy persons urine. Hell so idiots drink their own urine in some bizarre health ritual.
I think it means “you don’t have anything to worry about if your son or daughter consumed the ice” but on the other hand “Guh-rose!”.
It’s unknown if there is an unknown health risk. That’s all that’s known.
