How old was this article? The link doesn’t work for me.
I saw the top pictures with the Bronco when I lived in Alaska a couple years ago.

Somebody had a camera — why didn’t he have a rifle??

What was the cameraman doing?
Why are they not armed? I think would be.

“They are the world’s largest land predator, and are the only animals that actively hunt humans...”
Chilling! In more ways than one.
P.S. Can we release a bunch at the Capitol building in DC?
Ah, just kiddin’! Maybe. ;)

And was that the guy's “buddy” sitting back and taking pictures of the whole thing while having a hot coffee?

"They are the world's largest land predator..." Except for those few fleeting moments when this sort of thing happens...

I haven’t read it, but there are two different trucks there. Cool pictures.

The tripod leaning up against the pickup truck tells me that the guy being chased as well as the person taking pictures might have been pushing their luck for great pictures of bear in the first place. One of them is very lucky they didn't get the chance to photograph the bear eating something other than a fellow endangered species.

1. Looks too small to be a polar bear.
2. Kudos to whoever is taking the pictures ha!
3. If it was a polar bear, than he got very lucky...

Was that Noah Wyle being chased around the truck by the polar bear???

Couldn’t be a polar bear. Polar bears are all warm and fuzzy. They are our friends.
