Wait until the government imposes a mandatory national health service. With government control comes workers who won’t care and can’t be fired.
As I have said in a recent article, a MRSA infection can be avoided. And I stress that if you are a patient, you should insist that your caregivers wash their hands before touching you. Advocate for yourselves! Medical professionals are human, and thus sometimes we forget. In my opinion, any healthcare professional who takes offense at being called on this issue should be reported.
