I haven’t been there in years, but there used to be a place in Old Mesilla that was great. I don’t recall the name tho. And it may be gone. If you go thru Capitan NM eat at El Paisano and in Santa Fe, the Shed.

Susie is right...the Shed in SF is good...as is Maria’s, home of 99 different Margaritas from $5 to $49.

When we lived in Las Cruces, we also enjoyed a restaruant in Old Mesilla. The church courtyard is interesting as is the jail where Billy the Kid was housed.
Hope it is still as nice as when we were there, which was 46 years ago.
The restaurant was great, but just can't remember the name. It was my introduction to Mexican cuisine.
