The control of the EPA and most of the government agencies are under the executive branch with oversight by Congress (in theory anyway). Unless Congress changes the way that those agencies work, the president has broad leeway in their operations and policies.

Good catch on the climate change refusal from global warming.

I saw this. Obama halted his speech constantly and read the whole speech off a sheet of paper instead of a teleprompter as usual. He spoke like he was doing a fifth grade book report. He repeated the same thing a couple of times as if he forgot where he left off on his paper.

When a Conservative catches Obama in one of his schemes to create more burden on taxpayers and corporations, Obama and his team want to move forward and not stay in old political problems of the past. But when Obama needs to repeal or sign this, explain why his parties bailout failed, he has to blame Bush policies. I shut him off around the time he said something similar to failed policies. You haven't seen nothing yet Obama. You will end up under a rock hiding just like Hussein after you are finished here.
