The best work I have ever done is landscapes in black and white. I mostly used Kodak Technical Pan shot at ISO 25 and developed in Technidol liquid. None are availible at this time and more is the pity.
Almost 60 years ago I had a little plastic tank to develop film in, a contact printer to expose the negatives when I dried them, and an enlarger, all from Sears Roebuck. I bought Kodak Tri Chem packs and paper locally. Momma exiled me and my messes to the attic, where I spilled some of the chemicals, which ran through and stained the ceiling in the hall, and then I learned how to paint ceilings!
