President Obama's proposed economic stimulus plan makes a deliberate - and unconstitutional - attempt to censor religious speech and worship on school campuses across the nation, according to a lawyer who argued related cases before the U.S. Supreme Court 20 years ago and won them all.
"This isn't like a convenient oversight. This is intentional. This legislation pokes its finger in the eyes of people who hold religious beliefs," Jay Sekulow, chief of the American Center for Law and Justice, told WND today.

My bet would be that the muzzies are covered under this act.
Will it ban foot washing basins on campus?
This whole thing is a GIANT Trojan Horse designed to usher in Socialistic Government Control under the guise of a crisis rescue package of biblical proportions.
The Trojan Stimulus is actually the sheep’s clothing to cover the ACORN billions, forced elimination of god in our society, payment for condoms, jobs for Illegals, etc.
0bama must feel better than he does on Christmas morning (if he actually did believe in God).
What amazes me is that people only see the trees and have no idea that this forrest is taking shape right before their eyes.
What do you suppose the punishment will be for breaking this law? Reeducation?
Pray for America
And that's the problem. I can't imagine this assault on free speech would pass muster with the Supreme Court, but we're soon going to see a different Supreme Court, one in which the Constitution be damned.
I’m armed and getting more armed every day.
I would like to thank the states of Indiana, Virginia and Florida for giving us this man.
