Avoiding Colds and the Flu
Well, that’s what I get for not keeping up. I’ve had a cold all week, and a bit of pink eye as of yesterday, to keep things exciting. I’m feeling better today, but didn’t get my canner over to the extension service like I planned. Next week. Oh, well, I am prepared for next time.

Oregano Essential Oil, is what I use to keep chronic sinus infection away.
Just open the bottle and smell, it kill the infection in a day or so, if I get careless and let it happen.
