I mix leftover spaghetti sauce into my mac n cheese to make it more palatable. I also mix tuna and peas in with mac n cheese.

Not you... lol Sorry I was being sick and honest. The down low which the Obama’s are part of in Chicago is known for its use of young boys.
No I am not making it up.

Nothing cheap about Spam any more. You can buy canned ham cheaper. In fact Boneless Pork Loin at Food Lion is probably the best buy for the money anywhere. Friggin Chicken is out of sight. Turkey isnt too bad.

Yep. It is sick. It goes downhill from there I am afraid. My source is a minister who had to leave the area, they had lived there all their lives, and know exactly what the downlow is, EVERYONE who is anyone in Chicago is part of it, and part of the party circuit in Chicago. It’s the quintessential definition of “On the Downlow” Thats where the phrase comes from.

We have Meijer stores near us. They just had it on sale last week for $.50 a box.
Check out Sams Club if you have the card. I think its about $.60-.65 a box.
Aldis house brand ain't too bad, probably below $.50 a box

I now recall an episode of Law and Order where they talked about being on the “downlow” with respect to some adult married men having “relationships” and claiming they were playing poker. Hey, if adult men . . . None of my business. But young boys? These men should be pistol whipped.

I made that one on election night. I considered the Jeffersons but George Jefferson was a rabid capitalist.

We have two Meijer stores in town. Personally I prefer them to Walmart. I can actually buy locally grown veggies at Meijers.

Double Lives On The Down Low
By BENOIT DENIZET-LEWIS
Published: August 3, 2003
In its upper stories, the Flex bathhouse in Cleveland feels like a squash club for backslapping businessmen. There’s a large gym with free weights and exercise machines on the third floor. In the common area, on the main floor, men in towels lounge on couches and watch CNN on big-screen TV’s.
(snip)
It was the cleanest article I could find to share. Now excuse me while I go shower. TMI

It’s less expensive to actually get real cheese, macaroni noodles and a little butter and milk and make your own. Tastes way better than the powdered stuff.
