This seems too outlandish to be true, but news source appears legitimate.
"The time for partisan bickering just ended. This is as serious as a heart attack. Obama is going to spend so much money, which he intends to get from China via the sale of government backed bonds, that the Chinese apparently don't think he'll be able to make good on them.
So President Obama gave the Chinese eminent domain rights to American land and businesses as collateral - i.e. we don't pay, they now own America."

Sources at the United States Embassy in Beijing China have just CONFIRMED to me that the United States of America has tendered to China a written agreement which grants to the People's Republic of China, an option to exercise Eminent Domain within the USA, as collateral for China's continu More..ed purchase of US Treasury Notes and existing US Currency reserves!
The written agreement was brought to Beijing by Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and was formalized and agreed-to during her recent trip to China.
This means that in the event the US Government defaults on its financial obligations to China, the Communist Government of China would be permitted to physically take -- inside the USA -- land, buildings, factories, perhaps even entire cities - to satisfy the financial obligations of the US government.
Put simply, the feds have now actually mortgaged the physical land and property of all citizens and businesses in the United States. They have given to a foreign power, their Constitutional power to "take" all of our property, as actual collateral for continued Chinese funding of US deficit spending and the continued carrying of US national debt."
This cannot stand. It is traitorous and Obama should be impeached.

We need for the states under the 10th Amednment to take back ALL the land stolen by the federal govt. This is especially true for states like Utah with clean coal worth trillions. The Feds stoles the land the clean coal is on.

The "here" is a link to the Hal Turner Show Blog where EMINENT DOMAIN is talked about. The Bloomberg article does not even mention EMINENT DOMAIN. Hal Turner is a notorious kook and white supremacist and the EMINENT DOMAIN angle is almost certainly BS.
The Live Leak Post is mainly excerpts from the longer Hal Turner material.

Here’s a tale of the kind of sheer idiocy that gives blogs a bad name, as Pamela Geller has another meltdown: Atlas Shrugs: OBAMA GRANTS EMINENT DOMAIN RIGHTS TO AMERICAN LAND TO CHINA.
The story may have originated with this Bloomberg article, about the Chinese asking Obama for assurances that the US will support the dollar’s exchange rate, to protect their $682 billion holdings of American debt.
Notice that the words “eminent domain” do not appear in the Bloomberg article. That’s because such a ridiculous thing is not being discussed. By anyone.
So where does Pamela Geller’s latest overheated kookspiracy theory come from? An “unsourced” post at LiveLeak.com: Feds grant eminent domain as collateral to China for US debts.
Google this title and you discover the real source at the bottom of this ugly little hoax: infamous white supremacist nutjob Hal Turner: FEDS GRANT EMINENT DOMAIN AS COLLATERAL TO CHINA FOR U.S. DEBTS!
Have a look through the comments posted at that page, if you have a strong stomach.

Yeah, I think it was yesterday when we posted on an eminent domain thread...I posted a link directly to that guys website with the statement that I had no idea who he was. I went back to find it and all the posts about it were gone. We had an educational debate about how eminent domain meant that only federal and even local govts and certain parties (which are normally developers) can take private propety away for whatever reason. I asked if TIFS or blighted areas were the biggest factor but the question was never answered cuz the thread got pulled.
Sorry to those I sitemailed as I didn’t just check “China” keyword but...
this is a lively one isn’t it? Beats TV any day except Mon 9-10 EST (24).

Harold Charles “Hal” Turner is an American white nationalist and white supremacist from North Bergen, New Jersey. He ran his program, The Hal Turner Show, as a webcast from his home once a week, and depended on donations from his listeners. He quit the show in July 2008. In August his website also closed down, though he retains a blog.
Turner has often made news for his extreme right-wing views. There was some very convincing sounding fellow on Coast-to-Coast over a year ago who said the Chicoms were buying up US mortgage insurance out of Panamanian shells, such insurance taking possession of defaulted properties.
