I'm sorry, but I am so sick of people on FR advocating taking children away from a single parent environment and putting them with strangers. This sounds exactly like what the British government is already doing. I understand that yes, in the ideal situation, a child should have a mother and father. But advocating removing the child when the situation isn't ideal without any evidence of a lack of care, etc.? Come on.
There is a complete family. The Palins.
Save your judgements for yourself. Bristol sinned and is suffering the consequences for her actions, but it us her child and she knows what us best for him, not us.
The Baby isn't being abused, the baby has a home, the baby has two parents, the baby has two sets of grandparents. The baby is loved, cared for and has a bright future.
So take this baby away and put it in a completely foreign environment for a complete family ???

What a stupid remark. The Palins are probably one of the most "complete families" in America, and that baby is Blessed to have them for a family. Just because Bristol made a bad decision doesn't mean that she doesn't love her baby. That baby needs to stay right where he is.
