O'Hare UFO video surfaces on Youtube

A video posted March 21, 2009, on Youtube claims to be the real deal of the Nov. 7, 2006, Chicago O'Hare Airport UFO sighting.

The video is posted with the headline - "Chicago O'Hare Airport UFO Witness Breaks His Silence." The username is ohareufowitness, age 39, someone who joined Youtube on the same day as the posting.

On the Youtube page, this person related the following story.

"I have sat on this evidence for over 2 years, mainly because of the nature of my background, if you knew who I was then you would understand.

"Back on November 7th 2006, I was near Chicago O'hare International airport when I was witness to what was arguably one of the most important UFO incidents in modern times. After the incident, many people jumped on the UFO bandwagon and came forward with false evidence, I can't speak for these individuals, I can only speak for myself.

"I witnessed a gigantic UFO hovering over the Airport at precisely 4:32 p.m. The UFO was a dark, hazy metallic disc/cigar shaped craft. It was at a height of roughly 750 feet from the ground, completely silent, frozen still, and was well over 100 meters in length. I managed to film the UFO on my cell phone for 1 minute, I observed the UFO for a further 1 minute, after which time it took off, and went upwards at tremendous speed and was gone.

"If you watch the clip properly, at the start of the clip you can clearly see a large passenger jet taking off, and flying directly under the UFO, which shows just how huge this thing was. The UFO was completely frozen still, and any movement on the video clip is camera movement and camera shake. I filmed the UFO on my cell phone with the zoom set to full.

"This is arguably one of the most important pieces of UFO photographic evidence in existence, and to ever be posted on the internet, simply because I know it was a genuine Unidentified Flying Object, and it was witnessed by many credible individuals, including pilots.

"Yes I would love to come forward and go public with my story, but this is just not an option for me, due to my job. So that is why I have posted the clip on You Tube. For those who don't want to believe the truth, thats up to you, but what you are seeing is genuine footage of an unknown craft, and shame on the worlds media for all the ridicule they threw at this unbelievable incident."

O’hare is one of the busiest airports in the country. If the object is/was of the size claimed, how come there aren’t thousands of people that can prove they were at the airport at that day and time claiming to have seen it? (Just being playing devil’s advocate here)

People especially in the aviation industry are aware that they will be ridiculed and worse, for discussing what they see. Pilots and ATC controllers and ground handlers would not discuss this openly or they could lose their careers.

The candid news discussion indicated the reporter was receiving many many emails etc.

I wondered why this story died.

The govts of the world are just not ready to acknowledge reality. But some seem to be getting close.

Actually, there were plenty of eye witnesses to this event but as "silverlear" said, many stopped talking when word started getting back to employers (employers were quite unhappy about such talk).

On an aside, if this video producer is serious, he needs to submit the video to some film experts for confirmation that it is not a fake (he could do so without revealing his identity...I am sure there are plenty of reputable folks who would help).

I would like to konw where this guy was standing, because of the angle of the plane taking off and the craft, it looks like he is off the ground by quite a bit. If thats the case, where was he? The Tower? The perspective is messed up for me.

2. A sizeable chunk of naysayers had better start preparing their hearts and minds for a super mind-boggling paradigm shift that will leave them little room to squirm, much less many freedoms left.

3. This woman articulates why folks avoid coming forward.

The government disinformation and ridicule campaign is still fairly potent even though 80% or more of the citizens believe there’s a reality to UFO’s and most of those that it’s probably an “ET” related phenomenon.

4. I’ve learned over the years that most naysayers seem to have genetic DNA sources for A) their willful blindness and B) their compulsively setting themselves up to be stung very badly for their addiction to TYPE II ERRORS.

I was just looking back through some of these threads, and while I was at YouTube, I started looking through some of the other videos on the side of the page RE: the O’Hare Incident. After watching a few different videos I came across the following, which I had never seen before, and can’t recall anyone mentioning.

It appears to be some sort of screen capture of radar or targeting system - Air Traffic Control Monitor? In the Plane? I don’t know what it is myself...

However, it also has audio that is purportedly tower chatter between the plane reporting the “traffic” saying it appeared stationary, and was “changing colors”. The ATC asks about another spot he sees on radar at “12:30”, but the pilot says that’s not what he’s seeing. The traffic he is seeing is at a higher altitude, and at a different distance/location (at least that’s what I got out of the conversation).

I just thought others may be interested in this, and maybe someone with experience in ATC, or a pilot can tell us what kind of pictures we are looking at — and perhaps a little insight as to how this video could’ve been made/released, etc... The person posting on YouTube said they just “found” this video on Google, so I have NO IDEA whether this is credible in any way, shape, or form - or not...

Interesting that a whole bunch of stuff regarding the O’Hare sighting is all of a sudden popping up on YouTube though — this one was just posted back in February.

One more I thought people may find interesting... Again, I am not going to vouch for credibility, just found it extremely interesting... This was posted on YouTube on March 30, 2009 — just a few days ago. Again, more stuff about O’Hare fully 3 years later? Strange, isn’t it???
