The White House is open for questions.
We invite you to participate in our community-moderated online town hall. Submit your own question about the economy and vote on submissions from others. We also encourage you to include a link to a video of yourself asking your question (ideally 30 seconds or less), but text submissions are all you need. Come back on Thursday to watch the President answer some of the most popular submissions live at WhiteHouse.gov.
UPDATE: The online town hall will be at 11:30 AM Eastern, the voting will close at 9:30 AM.
So, which one of you has the best question?
I hope somebody is asking something like this:
“On March 6, the FDIC asked Treasury to lend it $500B in anticipation of more bank failures. Now, barely two weeks later, the FDIC is apparently sound enough to additionally be the source for trillions of dollars in bad loans. What the hell is going on here!?”
Have any Freepers posted questions? Can we freep the voting and move some of the better questions up?
Is it true Mr. Soetoro, that you have retained legal council to keep your original birth certificate and other records from public scrutiny?
And if so, can you tell us how much youve spent on that effort so far?
