Uhh, there have been Duck tours in Arkansas using WWII surplus amphibious trucks for decades...

Actually it's in Memphis, Tenn. I know because I spent nearly a year there recovering from two surgeries and my kids really wanted to ride it. they only have one handicapped vehicle (Duck) and you have to make a appointment a week in advance.
