the EPA estimates that roughly 28 percent of all methane emissions related to human activity come from methane-producing bacteria in the rumens of domestic cattle, sheep and goats and other livestock known as ruminants... I challenge the idea that ruminants passing gas has anything to do with human activity.
If they are roaming free as the buffalo or chewing cud as they are being milked they pass the same amount of gas.
