Great shots, wish I could send you some from my area. Had to put bird seed on the barbecue because the normal ground feeding stations are under two to four FEET of snow. Roads throughout the state were closed late yesterday because of the spring storm.

I’m jealous, here in the NYC area it’s still cold and nasty out. Where is the global warming anyway ? It seems like it’s been cold in NY City for a year now.

We could probably see the cardinals here too. IF everything wasn’t covered in yellow pine pollen! LOL I’ve never seen it this bad. You could actually see clouds of it blowing around this week. My driveway looks like the yellow brick road and my car...used to be burgandy.
Have you ever watched a male cardinal defend his territory from a rival.... who only appears in a mirror? We watched one fight furiously with the truck mirrors one day.

Spent 4 hrs sitting in the backyard trying to get pics of hummingbirds,have found out 2 Northern Mocking birds have decided to make a nest in the aloe vera plant which the hummers love to feed on the flowers.
So went to the store and bought a feeder,set it up added the sugar and water mix.Maybe in a couple of days they will find it..
Last of all i am sunburnt...
