Britney Spears walked off stage shortly after the start of a concert last night at Vancouver's GM Place, leaving the crowd to sit in the dark for 30 minutes. The Vancouver Sun reports that a voice came on the venue's loudspeaker during the dark period informing the audience that cigaratte smoke was to blame. In one of the British papers (The Mail?) they reported it was “weed” she was worried about, and there were stagehands up in scaffolding that did not feel safe being over the stage sniffing second hand cannabis.
Not a UK paper, but it has the story. It’s not tobacco smoke she was compaining about.
Perhaps she’s on pee-for-pay and inhaling everyone elses stuff would hurt her financially
I'll take this time now to point out that this is the cultural climate in which Barack Hussein Obama was elected president. It was not his issues. There was no mandate for his positions. Just an ad slogan "CHANGE, HOPE, and LET'S MAKE HISTORY Y'ALL! PEACE OUT!"

It boggles my mind that her concerts are supposedly sold out and she’s thinking of adding Australia to the tour.

Very well put. I wouldn’t say Britney Spears was ugly any more than I would say OJ Simpson was a lousy running back.
And I don’t have a very high opinion of either one of them.
She said “don’t smoke weed” just before walking off the stage to do a few lines.
She may have stopped smoking dope per court order. She may be pee tested. We don’t know everything about her life. Surprisingly.
Modern medications for bipolar disorder are marvelous but I don't think they work well with pregnancy.
It amazes me that entertainers and hollywood of old and I mean the really good actors and actresses seemed to live in that arena yet their lives remained private and they didn’t party every night. These were stalworths of the entertainment set. What is wrong with these people today? I think they are immature, too much money too soon, don’t know the real meaning of celebrity and take off their clothes like it is funny, speak filthy and run around looking like plain hell. Spending money for purses, dresses, shoes and the like not to mention the raggy hairstyles while paying extreme amounts for those ridiculous looking “fashions” ... all the while the designers of said “fashions” are laughing their way to the bank. There is no sense of restraint or class not to mention dignity. Why anyone would spend good money to go see someone like spears is mind boggling. If the photo of her pregnant with her tummy tatooed, smoking and showing absolutely no respect for her baby or herself and dressed as stupidly as she was is just the perfect example of what is wrong today. All I can say is I am so glad I am not her. She can have all the money she has and all her “fame.” I wouldn’t touch it with a ten foot pole!!! I pray for her children.
Last major music event I attended (long ago) was inside the old Landover Arena. Didn't stay for the whole show either - even though this was a countrymusic event the MJ smoke was so thick it made me nauseus.
What a pig. Yet her concerts are always filled up. What are the brain-dead concert hall-lizards going to do as peoples' discretionary funds dry up as the recession deepens?

Me neither. I prefer to concentrate on the upcoming young people who have focus and eyes on what is right. Thank God they ARE out there...we just never hear of them.
If anyone lead was in Britney's out of control life they'd need a pill to get through it. Britney is a very troubled person. Eventually she'll over does or take her own life - in spite of being medicated up.
Eventually you will have to give in and accept your prescription. In the meantime may I suggest you not take up "self medication".
I can’t believe Britney Spears has a song called If You Seek Amy....or rather, I can believe it. Oh my!
