Guy was treated for a finger injury, then a few hours later was wandering the streets, shouting and biting people. Does this not remind anyone of a movie plot?

Doesn’t matter - if he belongs to the same raza as Cecilia Munoz (WH head of “immigration” policy), he’ll be put on a fast track to citizenship.

Typical Class One Outbreak:
Class 1 This is a low level outbreak, usually in a third world country or first world rural area. The number of zombies in this class of outbreak ranges between one and twenty. Total human casualties (including those infected ) range from one to fifty. The total duration, from the first case to the last (known) will range between twenty four hours and fourteen days. The infested area will be small, no larger than a twenty mile radius. In many cases, natural boundaries will determine its limits. Response will be light, either civilian or with some additional help from local law enforcement. Media coverage will be light, if present at all. If the media is present, Look for common stories like "homocides" or "accidents". This is the most common type of outbreak and also the easiest to go unnoticed.

A Metairie resident is recovering after a stranger bit a chunk of flesh out of his arm and swallowed it Saturday afternoon
That pretty much describes our increasingly socialist government.

“The man then got on top of Lancellotti and began choking him, the report said.”
Now, this could be hugh & series: these undead may be a `fast’ zombie strain!
