I just stated P90X last week. Found this old conversation from last year. Are you still doing it? How as your original 90 day program results? I am four days in and FEELING IT. Looking forward to getting through the first week and seeing how my performance improves.
Did plyo yesterday morning...don’t follow it religiously but i use some of the cardio sections still.
I started it the last week of February and have lost 12 pounds. My jeans are falling off of me.
