As far as the Tesla; since it is upscale, Ø probably won't subsidize it. He only wants little electric Yugos, made by Government Motors.

LOL! Sorry I am a little slow today. Any idea what a fork lift with batteries takes? I remember working for a company and those fork lifts took a ton of batteries and the plugs were huge.

Electric vehicles are not nearly as fuel-efficient as thought when you calculate efficiency properly, fuel to miles.

While the motors themselves are nearly 100% efficient, there are numerous energy losses at generation, transmission and recharging.
