My idea of responsibilities reguarding pet ownership is not limited to financial compensation.
As a Conservative, Jail time is authorized for “leash law” breakers, that have little or no reguard for the actions of thier property. AND Uthanize the ill trained pet as seen fit by those that work with animals.
Would you follow the same standard for someone walking his pet lion in a public area?
