Teaher: "Now really Kennedy, a scrap of paper signed by Pac-Man just won't do. You need to bring your parents in for a talk."

A nice move, a warm move. It also shows that Obama CAN react quickly on his feet, without TOTUS telling him what to do.

Bravo, Barack, great showmanship!

That scrap of paper will be valued, I’m sure.

I wonder, if Kennedy had asked a serious tough question; would he have gotten the note?

If this wasn’t some cutesie set-up, then I don’t know what is.

Who is still in school in mid-June? Everywhere I’ve lived, children are finished with school by late May.

Are you kidding? Where is that? All the schools in my area are still open and my brother's kids' school in south jersey doesn't let out until the END of next week.

Wow, I guess it does have to do with snow days, but I think we only had 2 or 3 up here in Pa. Doesn’t seem like enough to account for such a big difference. I guess state school boards determine holidays and inservice days? Maybe the schools up here have more days off during the year. Seems weird.

“Such a move would have worked for any president, “

Not for President GW Bush. Don’t forget, he was all evil all the time....

The audience applauded and Mr. Obama went on to answer the father's question.

I don't suppose the question was about the birth certificate?
