Nope because the funds go through Paypay/Ebay. Their security is beyond ridiculous. I bought a TV about a year ago and they stopped the transaction for about 5 days before I could provide them more information.

You have all heard of the Nigerian 419 scam. Now we have this guy with a sac. Do I think he is a citizen? My answer is I am in favor of very definitive proof. Long form of BC, and release of all collge related materials. Including those pesky financial aid forms. If he got financial aid under false prestenses I would like to see prosecution.
