eBay pulls listings all of the time if they violate their listing policies
He/she can’t because Ebay will pull the auction. It started out as a birth certificate before Ebay pulled it. Then seller changed it to selling a “story” and would include the birth cert.
Most of the cases regarding BHOs lack of ability for office have been dismissed because of a lack of standing. Why cannot someone on trial for a federal crime bring a motion which argues the Federal Prosecutors bringing the criminal complaint have no authority since they were not appointed by someone who is qualified to be President. That would be a central fact in the case and I would believe could not be dismissed for lack of standing. What if every defendant involved in a Federal trial across the country raised this argument at the same time. The courts would have to react.
Also, why could not someone who is on trial in front of a judge appointed by BHO claim the judge had no authority.
What if the government tried to collect a debt from a citizen who raised this defense. What if every person in such a civil trial raised the same defense.
What about an action raised by someone directly affected by a law or regulation that was signed by BHO or was enacted or approved by someone appointed by BHO claiming the law or regulation was invalid because of a lack of authority by BHO. What if there were thousands of lawsuits against the validity of any such law or regulation.
Keep up the good fight
IIRC, Jerome Corsi went to Kenya to get BC evidence and was deported by the govt. I did hear Corsi interviewed a couple of months stating he did get obozo’s grandmother to sign an affidavit swearing she was at obozo’s birth in Kenya.
This story goes way back to last year when it was reported three people got their hands on the Kenyan BC. The MSM has largely ignored the issue because if it’s not true, it’s career suicide and they come across looking like Rosie O’Donnell.
That’s why I think Corsi’s a fraud. Why’s he hiding evidence? Smells to high heaven, if you ask me.
This eBay page is legit, according to CallingID.
Obama should just buy it since it would probably be the only copy he would have.
This can only be a joke, folks. Someone’s pulling a variation of the API hoax, that’s all.
Sometime during the election the Kenyan government issued a decree making all things Obama off-limits. This person probably went to the hospital and got this certified copy before that decree went into effect. So if Fox News showed up at the hospital now they wouldn’t be able to get it.
I remember reading that MI6 and another government also had certified copies.
See, I agree. I think that a party such as a large corportation could claim that the law they are having to deal with is not valid since it is not signed by a legal president.
Notice he never says what it is that he is selling...
Out of curiosity I looked at some of the items he has bought on ebay - among them - “How to rip off a drug dealer”.
Might he be trying to rip us off?????
While I doubt ‘natural born citizen’ status of the POTUS, I doubt that this seller has evidence even more.
Call me skeptical, but I find it strange that someone just accidentally stumbles across an “interesting document” while traveling through Kenya and attorneys across America can’t seem to gain any access to any similar “interesting document.”
It just sounds a bit too easy.
The seller, however, has an impeccable record on e-bay, and is probably wise enough to protect her interests. That said, if it's the real thing, those interests are in terrible jeopardy.
This story has been going on for three days and there are several other threads on FR that discuss it. Seller has a perfect record and sells collectibles like Cuban and Dominican currency and rare books.
The story here will help you get a background.

Sure hope this seller has extra special security. The left could get very nasty with her if they can identify her - whether or not she really has the goods on BO or not.
The seller probably has an unassuming and disarming manner, and just succeeded in getting a copy, despite the “rules” (which are probably word of mouth dictates only), where others, trying to bluff and bluster, raised red flags and failed.
