Actually, it’s been suggested that it might help to curtail the crowds, but I haven’t heard any OFFICIAL word that they would be charging. Of course, a lot of people are complaining about the cost due to California’s economic crisis. The stadium holds less than 20 thousand people. According to Jermaine Jackson, they expect that many people just from England alone! They should have found a much bigger football stadium.

Woke up this morning may have missed the most significant paragraph:

Tom Barrack is driving a dusty Chevy Suburban around his 1,200-acre mountain ranch near Santa Barbara, Calif. Nestled between the Ronald Reagan estate and Michael Jackson's Neverland, Barrack's spread is a medley of vineyards, pastures, and paddocks.

Bet those pastures soon become hotels and swimming pools for the tourists that are to visit the newly expanded and renovated "Neverland".

He has experience in Hotels and is considered a real estate developer extraordinaire.

Amazing that he got out of the real estate market for it went under.

New news this morning that makes you go Hmmmmm.

AEG insurance policy DOES cover an overdose. So why the denial before today. It doesn’t cover natural death.

Obviously, they knew he was addicted. The family certainly knew and had tried to intervene.

I’m kinda cynical and I think the reason so many people flock to things like this is because its like a free show. I could be wrong, but I don’t see very many people from UK coming to this what with air fare. But I could be wrong.

parsy, who is tempted to run an ad offering a six inch “King of Pop” for $9.99 plus shipping and handling, then mailing the sucker a can of coke, but is afraid of winding up next to Bernie Madoff.

Who hired the DRs? Mjj met the latest in Vegas...came to threat kids....A cardiac specialist....no way!

From the account of the nurse (nutritionist)who warned him about the drug he wanted to take to sleep and the Hulk(personal trainer), I say Mjj was trying to do the right thing, but was getting bad medical advice.

Even here I know of Drs who prescribe addictive medicine, just to keep their offices full...People don't feel well on the prescription, so the DR gives them another for the symptom. In reality it's the original medication that is to blame. They just need to eat well, exercise, etc. (one of my neighbors was taking eleven different prescription drugs all from the same DR.....She almost died before she was taken to an out of town facility....local hospital had done nothing.

wonder if he will deliver a eulogy.
I’m sure his photo will be somewhere around there.

Wonder if this will turn into a “blame whitey” fest like the event at the Apollo.

I read that it is going to cost a lot for the police to ensure safety of the general public in that area due to the crowds. One would HOPE that some of the $$$ goes toward the BROKE city of LA to pay for their police patrol.

I’m sure it will end up in JJ’s pocket.

Whatever happens it is sure to be a circus....at great expense to the city.

Just hope that the "mourners" patronize the local purveyors of food and souvenirs.
