At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

When Barack was born to these two individuals he became a citizen of the US by virtue of his mother’s citizenship AND a subject aka citizen of the British Colony aka Kenya.

ONLY if Obama was born in the US. If born in Kenya or Ghana, then Ann Dunham was too young to pass along her US citizenship to Barry. He would have been a British subject, and only a British subject at birth. He would not even be a US citizen at birth, and UNLESS he went through naturalization, he's still an alien.

Yes, that’s my impression, too. There was once a passing discussion of what kind of Islam was favored by the Luo tribe in Kenya, or by Soetoro in Indonesia. The consensus seemed to be that neither was strictly Sunni nor Shiite, although I haven’t confirmed it in the case of Kenya.

At any rate, Obama seems very eager to support the Shiites. And in return, Iranian clerics have suggested that he is the long-awaited “black man” who is destined to be the forerunner of the Mahdi, much as John the Baptist preceded Jesus.

Obama, of course, prefers to think that he is the Mahdi himself. But it has been evident many times that he leans toward the Shiite faction, as apparently does Louis Farrakhan.

OBAMA SMOKING GUN ON HIS CLAIMING INDONESIAN NATIONALITY

The pressure continues to mount of getting suspicious records about Obama and his country of origin. SNOPES confirms Occidental College did, indeed, release records that Obama had been admitted to that California college as Barry Sortero ( one of Obama’s known 6 names) on a Fullbright Scolarship with his country as INDONESIA!!!! Finally, just maybe the mask will come off. TRUTH OR FICTION takes a neutral position.

AP- WASHINGTON D.C. - In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama’s qualifications for the presidency, the group “Americans for Freedom of Information” has released copies of President Obama’s college transcripts from Occidental College.

Released today, the transcript indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate at the school.

The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California.

The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama’s detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim.

Perhaps they decided to simply ram him through the process and hope that no one had the guts to register a challenge.
