At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

Let me throw in a pure speculation for the fun of it.
Islamic Iran with their Moslem contacts in Kenya have obtained a conformed/certified copy of the Mombassa Kenya birth certificate and are blackmailing Obama into not taking ACTION against them despite their brutality and preventing any further sactions from being voted in by the G8 or the UN or anyone else.
It’s as good a reason, though not the only one, as any I think of as to why he has been such a pussycat toward the Mullahs. And had his envoys lobbying the G8 members to avoid new sanctions.
Or they have something else he cannot allow to appear. Remember they have Russian and Chinese intelligence helping them. Certainly the Russians do NOT like Obama. The Chinese think he is a moron.
neither of them want the USA meddling in their lucrative positions in Iran.
Which is part of the whole situation of the Natural Born condition that he can be vulnerable to blackmail or extortion or a split loyalty and thus a liability to the USA. (Hard to see how much more harm he could do than he is doing right now).

That does not comport with the information provided by the registrar at U W,, and posted frequently here. Extension courses are handled on a completely different basis than regular courses. You sign up for the course, not for a particular term. But the registrar stated she was registered for the Fall '61 and following Winter and Spring terms. That fall course would have started when BHO was about 7 or 8 weeks old, not 7 months, if he was born on Aug. 4, '61. She would have needed to show up in Washington at least a couple of weeks early to arrange housing, go through registration (to get her course and section assigments) and so forth. Extension courses can start anytime, and one is generally allowed a certain time, much longer than a regular term, to complete them. I wasn't in college in '61, but that is the way it was in the late 60s and early 70s.
You are saying a transfer student, with a break in attendance at her previous school, or a new student if she didn't bother to tell U of W about her term at U of H, could start cold turkey and be in class in a couple of weeks?
In 1961? Seems doubtful absent some special circumstances, such as newly transferred in military.

I can’t make head nor tail of it either. You tell me? She’s enrolled as Stanley Ann Dunham but she’s in the Polk Directory 1961/62 as Anna Obama. The so-called father is still in Hawaii, he doesn’t leave the island until June 22, 1962...
The only conclusion I can reach is that we have been treated like mushrooms, (fed BS and kept in the dark) and she may not have been in the US at all, she could have been anywhere.
And then, when she divorces the man to whom she may never have been married, on the application dated January 1964, she states she’s been living in Hawaii for a total of TWO YEARS as required by law.
Can you do better? That’s all I have to work with.

If three days before he was born Obama’s mother was in Kenya and Obama himself admitted it, it is almost proof he was born there. Unlike today in 1961 flying out of Africa to Hawaii was a long process of connecting Scheduled flights on very random schedules.
Were there daily flights out of Kenya to an air hub that connected to flights to America and Hawaii or did she have to wait until a weekly flight left to somewhere like Paris or London on a transcontinental carrier?
If Obama said she was in Nairobi, 72 hours before he was born in Hawaii, then it is a matter of figuring out how she got to Hawaii or rather if it was impossible for her to travel there in that amount of time.
In 1961 it may well have been impossible for his mother to travel that far in that short a time with the airline schedules of the day.

They also put "refused to produce his birth records" as if that never happened before he posted his forgery. He still refuses to produce his actual birth records.
Aside from the inherent absurdity of such claims (i.e., that a major party presidential nominee would risk his entire candidacy on a fraud that could be uncovered simply by a check of state health records), the supposedly incriminating details don't pan out.
Yeah, Snopes. There is nothing "SIMPLE" about checking his state health records -- it's IMPOSSIBLE!

I generally agree with your bottom line. But in a legal setting that doesn't do much for you because he would say he didn't have first hand knowledge; he was just repeating a remark he had heard from his mother; it isn't really substantive. Which is I suppose why the comment never got great attention.
Further, your view of the transportation issues is in fact excessive. Early on the long thread, copies of the original BOAC schedules for August of 1961 are posted. I had some knowledge from the period because a law school classmate of mine who was several years ahead of me in the practice was involved in a lawsuit in the area and taking depositions there. He was driving to Vancouver BC to take the reverse flights.
There were two or three scheduled flights each week leaving Nairobi and connecting through Glasgow Scotland and Vancouver BC. There was no real impediment to her being on Mercer Island on the third day. Further, there is almost a full additional day in the time lag between Nairobi and the West Coast of North America.
Take it from me--I know it could be done; I know someone who did it; in that time period. However all moot at this point.
If you look at the rest of the postings above, and they also jog my own memory from material posted on the Long Thread (and other documents I have seen that are not posted here as far as I know), she wasn't enrolled in regular full time class but was rather an extension student in fall quarter 1961 which she could well have been from anywhere.
Your link at scrib repeatedly states—without any equivocation—that Barry Soetoro was born in Hawaii, aug 4, 1961. When sprinkled repeatedly into the less than flattering text, this leaves the impression that questions of his citizenship and natural born citizenship are senseless conspiracies. There is in fatc no credible evidence that the man was born in Hawaii, or anywhere but Kenya for that matter!
Even if his mother had told him that was the case there is a paper trail, for one there is her passport documents, and there are flight manifests and port of entry records that must be maintained for legal reasons.
Her name and possibly his cannot just disappear from such records.
I wouldn't be surprised if that were in fact the case. But in order to obtain pieces of paper reflecting those kinds of data which you can then introduce into evidence, you need to be in a position to do discovery in a lawsuit. Further, that kind of investigation is not cheap to do.
And you recognize that their power to scrub the record books has been very extensive. So it may be that effective access to those documents won't be available.
I do assume further that if my hypothetical time line is correct, the baby would likely have traveled on her passport and there won't be any separate record documentation of his existence. That wouldn't be a particularly difficult issue if you find his mother on BOAC to Vancouver on August 6.
However her passport is likely to have long since vanished. And I doubt that entry records were maintained at Blaine in that period of time. So you would need to find entry records at Vancouver to support your position--they may well exist.
Sad ain’t it? The simplest way to prove she was in Nairobi three days before Obama’s birth is to check his birth certificate and see if it says he was born there.
Not to mention that David says that there’s absolutely no record of her whereabouts between January 61 to August 61...the time she would be pregnant with BO. Are there any pictures of her pregnant? Are there any witnesses to seeing her pregnant? Did anyone ever say they saw her pregnant? Maybe I watch too many soap operas, but is it remotely possible that this whole ‘pregnancy’ thing was a scam? Have DNA tests ever been done? What if Obama is not even her real son? What if she just showed up with a baby from God knows where and the whole BHO Sr. story was concocted to account for his biracial ethnicity? I haven’t been following this whole thing as closely as others here, so I won’t be offended if someone has already presented this possibility and shot it down. I just started to wonder.
