At the hearing today at the Federal Court building in Santa Ana, Judge Carter reportedly said the following: 1. There will be a trial. 2. It will be heard on the merits. 3. Nothing will be dismissed on proceedural issues. 4. The trial will be expeditious, and the judge pledged to give case priority. 5. Being a former Marine he realizes the importance of having a Constitutionally qualified POTUS/CINC. 6. Judge stated that if Obama isn't Constitutionally qualifed he needs to leave the White House.

A document expert contends the “Certification of Live Birth” Barack Obama’s campaign posted online to rebut charges the president-elect fails the Constitution’s natural-born citizen requirement is criminally fraudulent.

The Obama campaign has told WND such allegations are “garbage,” but Ron Polarik, who holds a Ph.D. in instructional media specializing in computer technology such as printers, scanners and digital imaging, disagrees. His analyses have been posted online in a YouTube video, which also is embedded here:

An online image is not the CoLB itself, it is a picture of the CoLB and as such is meaningless as to authenticity. To put it another way, the digital image can't be used to prove that the certified copy of the CoLB is genuine, nor can it be used to prove it is not.

Yes indeed, if one studies all those justaposed photos of Malcolm X (Mr. Little) and Obama that people have gathered, one cannot easily dismiss the possibility that he’s Malcolm X’s offspring. The resemblance is startling. Even the timbre of the voice. Their voices have been posted one after another, as well. I read that the Muslim world call him son of Malcolm X. That Manhattan martyr’s parentage would explain why Harlem’s Percy Sutton instantly became Barry/Barack’s protector and sponsor the minute Obama moved to New York City in the middle of college. I doubt any other Columbia undergrad was visiting the Manhattan borough president, Percy Sutton. There has to be an explanation for the protection he received and is has got to includes someone or some network with power.
